Subject: Upcoming Change - Automatic Credit/Debit Card Payments for Foot Care Services

Dear Family Members,

I’m writing to inform you of an upcoming change to the billing process for the foot care services I provide to your loved one through Rain City Foot Care.

Beginning July 2025, all clients will be required to have a valid credit or debit card on file for automatic payment processing at the time of service. This change is being implemented to streamline billing, reduce administrative overhead, and ensure timely payment and aligns with many other medical practices billing processes.

A large portion of my time spent with Rain City Foot Care is sending and collecting invoices and this is not a sustainable business practice as I balance a second career with Harborview and general work/life balance.

Going forward:

Please fill out the web form below. The information is safe and secure. The card on file will be charged automatically after each visit. You will ONLY be charged if services are provided. An electronic receipt will be sent to you for every transaction.

Your payment information will be stored securely using Stripe and you may update or change the card on file at any time. This will also eliminate potential late fees.
